Every service receives a written report on your invoice detailing the works completed and a free quotation on the spot were possible for parts if needed, plus the chance to give your feedback. For Service Inclusions see our regular Maintenance Section below.

Service each additional system after the first $155.00 Inc GST

Note: if your house is 2 story add $90.00 Inc GST

Callout to a broken down System

Breakdown/Callout Fee (includes 1hr On Site) $220.00 Inc GST

The $220.00 is for our call out fee and includes up to one hour on site. We will be able to diagnose the problem with in that hour, and potentially repair it if no parts are required.
If any parts, gas or additional labour is required, we will let you know before we proceed.
You will never pay more than $220.00 for a diagnosis.

  • Clean Indoor coil pre filters.
  • Clean Indoor Cooling coil with chemical as needed.

  • Clean cooler tank and disinfect.
  • Clean cooler pads with water.
  • Clean water circulation pump.
  • Check Electrical connections.
  • Clean drain pipe.
  • Check Fan motor vibration.
  • Check water flow across the cooler pads.
  • Clean fan and motor.
  • Check duct connection in the ceiling.
  • Check full system Function.

Ducted Refrigerated Cooling/Heating

  • Clean Return air filter.
  • Flush drain pipe.
  • Check Air temperature at vents.
  • Check indoor unit electrical connections.
  • Check outdoor unit vibrations.
  • Check outdoor unit electrical connections
  • Check Refrigerant gas leaks.
  • Check Refrigerant gas pressures.
  • Clean outdoor coil with chemical as needed.
  • Check zone dampers open/close in the ceiling (If installed)

Gas Ducted Heating (Wall furnace/Space heaters)

  • Check Carbon Monoxide levels at the vents.
  • Clean Return air filter.
  • Clean room air fan as needed.
  • Clean burner with air compressor as needed.
  • Check for Gas leaks.
  • Check zone dampers open/close in the ceiling (If installed).
  • Check inlet gas pressures to the unit.
  • Check electrical connections.
  • Check electrical Amps and Voltage.
  • Check room air fan vibration.
  • Check flue connections.
